Front Facade Upgrade:
|We are doing our 4 week front facade renovation. For the duration
of the work the front entrance to the building will be closed. The
temporary entrance will be through the downstairs Director Street
entrance, then up the stairs and through the Fauntleroy Children's
Center Hallway to the main hallway's businesses and the
schoolhouse office. Just follow the pink arrows up.

Hello Parents and Friends,
Would you like a beautiful RainWise rain garden like the one at the Fauntleroy Schoolhouse in your own yard? I'm writing to share that you may be eligible for a free rain garden and/or cistern through the RainWise rebate program. I've really enjoyed working with the RainWise staff and it feels great knowing that we're doing our part to help keep Puget Sound healthy with this beautiful, affordable and easy to maintain new landscaping.
I'd like to invite you to two upcoming events here at the Schoolhouse to learn more. RainWise staff will give a tour of the rain garden, answer questions about using the rebate and explain how you'll be keeping Puget Sound healthy with this program. Contractors will be available for technical questions and refreshments will be provided by the Original Bakery.

In the meantime, go to https://rainwise.seattle.gov and put in your address. It will tell you if you're eligible for the program.

|If you would like to participate and rent a table, return a completed Holiday Bazar Application Form. The form can be returned by either bringing it to the Fauntleroy Schoolhouse office, 9131 California Ave. S.W. with your $25 payment; or by using Adobe Acrobat Reader with a digital signature and e-mailing the digitally signed form to Denise Wallace, Property Manager, then bring in your payment to the Schoolhouse (after receipt of the e-mailed form, and until the payment is received, the table will be held for only 24 hours).|
