The Fauntleroy Schoolhouse Centennial Committee is getting ready for the 100 year celebration in 2017
We will be:
  • Collecting alumni contact information, memorabilia, and photos
  • Recording interviews with alumni and other Schoolhouse tenants

Thanks to our community for supporting the 28th annual FCC auction!

It was attended by over 125 friends and neighbors, with former Mayor Greg Nickels as our auctioneer.


What's New at the Schoolhouse


Hand Railing at the front of the building. Thanks to the generosity of the Fauntleroy Community Association (FCA), Taproot School, and Kathleen Dellplain. Design created and donated by Bruce Hayashi with Miller Hayashi Architects. Installation & donation from Apex Railing Solutions.

Film Screening

"The Day My God Died" an award winning documentary film narrated by Tim Robbins depicts the efforts of two women (one in Nepal and one in India) to rescue and rehabilitate girls who have been sold into lives of sexual slavery in India. This is a film about courage and hope, and fighting back against a terrible scourge on the earth: sexual slavery.

Crooked Trails, is a non-profit that specializes in community based tourism and is passionate about helping causes such as Ms Koirala’s and will be hosting the screening. www.crookedtrails.org We hope you can join us.
