The Fauntleroy Community Service Agency is dedicated to making our historic Fauntleroy Schoolhouse a vibrant community center where neighbors can learn, play, meet, celebrate and support one another. The Schoolhouse is a dynamic resource for all organizations to gather, discuss and strengthen ties with our community.
In early 2011, the Fauntleroy Schoolhouse housed only a handful of longtime occupants and the occasional short-term renter. In late 2012, the Schoolhouse now houses over a dozen community businesses and organizations, as well as periodic one-time users. The FCSA Board of Directors has adopted a strategic plan calling for this growth to continue, for the viability of this community treasure and the vitality of the neighborhood.

Looking for space to rent with a welcoming ambiance? The Fauntleroy Schoolhouse offers an excellent, scenic location with affordable rental space for meetings, classes and community events. The Fauntleroy Schoolhouse is proud to be the home of the Fauntleroy Children's Center, Lincoln Park Co-op Pre-School, Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events, The Hall at Fauntleroy, Seattle Civic Dance Theatre (Dance! West Seattle), Devir Americas, Pilates at Fauntleroy, Rain City Fitness and Prospect Mortgage.

We need your support to build a thriving community center, keep our current programs and create new programs.
